Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Burraneer tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Burraneer has larger family homes close to the water. Bigger floor plans take longer, so we ask for the room count.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Burraneer place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
