Fixed-price end of lease cleaning for Jannali tenants. Free re-clean, easy booking and a written price before we start.
Jannali has houses, villas and units. We confirm the layout, then quote one price in writing.
We clean to the exit checklist from the kitchen to the last skirting board, then walk through with you before we leave. The price is agreed in writing first, based on the bedrooms and bathrooms in your Jannali place.
Book the clean for the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and there is a buffer for touch-ups.
